Here at Leonworx Solutions, I have complete and total confidence that everything that leaves my shop is built to take on even the strongest of tasks that life can throw at them, but even then I still understand that freak accidents can happen, and things can break down over time, so I have you covered !!
All Leonworx solutions products have an unlimited lifetime warranty. It doesn’t matter if it’s a production piece or a one-off piece of custom gear.
Doesnt matter to me if you’re the item’s original owner, or if you bought it second hand.
if something is broken on your gear, I’ll fix it, or send you a new one if it’s beyond repair !!
so what’s covered under this warranty?
Covered
Any functional damage to the gear item due to normal use
Examples:
Broken hardware such as buckles or tri-glides, sizeable holes torn into fabric from normal use, ripped or loose seams, severe burns, rips, tears, completely worn out hook and loop, etc.
NOT Covered
Minor or cosmetic damages to the gear item
Examples:
Normal cosmetic wear and tear such as webbing that getting fuzzy from rubbing up against surfaces, slight discolorations over time, stains, etc.
Abuse, intended destruction, or modification of the gear item
Examples:
Broken hardware from intentional abuse such as loading weights onto a buckle until it breaks.
cutting webbing short, dying gear items in order to change colors, spray painting, etc.
