Thank you for visiting and shopping at Leonworx Solutions. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
Production lead times
Every product offered by Leonworx Solutions is made by hand by me, and me alone. I try to keep sufficient stock of unsized items on hand to fulfill orders instantly, but please be understanding that sometimes I run out of products and need some time to make your order. Most non-custom ordered gear have a window of 7-14 business days after the order has been placed to have the order fulfilled, although this is extremely rare and I can usually have your gear item made in a couple of days or less. The 7-14 business day policy is there in case of a massive influx of orders. Sized items such as belts are always made to order for the individual customer, so please allow some time for your item to be sewn.

www.Leonworx.com ships through USPS. You can select your choice of shipping method during checkout.
Shipment processing time
All orders are shipped from Lakewood CO, USA, and processed within 1-14 business days (weekends are not business days). This means 1-14 days to leave my workshop, from there your package is out of my hands and will be in transit with the shipment carrier (USPS). Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping & Handling Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For a shipping estimate please add your desired items to your cart and proceed through checkout. Shipping options will be displayed. As actual shipping charges are frequently updated by the carrier from the initial online estimates, we reserve the right to charge for any additional shipping costs.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Leonworx Solutions ships to its’s valued customers at APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please allow extra time for delivery as a result of these destinations.. USPS does not adequately ensure value for packages or offer sufficient traceability of packages, especially when sent to APO/FP/DPO addresses. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages when sent using this method
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
If you would like the ability to track your order please choose an option that has tracking during checkout.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Damaged/Lost Packages
Once your order leaves my workshop, Leonworx Solutions is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Return and Exchange Policy
Returns
Leonworx Solutions accepts returns on the condition that the item/s still include all of the original packaging, receipt, and has not been used, damaged, or altered in any way. Items must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase to receive a refund for the order items.
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
Items must be unused and undamaged.
All returns will be carefully inspected before giving a refund.
The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges.
Please do not send any items back unless you have contacted us for return instructions.
Returns are not accepted on sale-priced items, custom products, or custom colors used on standard products.
Sized items such as belts are not returnable due to being made for the specific waistband size of the individual customer it was made for.

Exchanges
Sized product exchange policy -
Due to the “made to order” nature of some sized products, size exchanges after a product has been ordered and made are not possible. Sizing charts are provided on the product pages of these items, so I please ask you to be 110% sure of your measurements before deciding to purchase these items. If a size change is requested, please feel free to message me through my contact me page on this website. If the request is put in early enough, I may be able to change your order before I start making the item, but this is not guaranteed.
